BOWLARAMA 2008

The English Premier League may be over but the Selangor # 1 BOWLARAMA has just began last week, with fierce competition from both our man’s league and also our women’s league. We are definitely looking at our very own, camp cooking, fire building, and wood chopping ‘Shalin Zulkifli and ‘Zulmazan Zulkifli’ in the making. Watch out, Malaysia…

Before I reveal the league table, allow me to explain that the league will run through a total of 10 games before we determine the top 8 of man’s league and top 2 of women’s league who will qualify for the ‘ONE GAME EACH’ knock-out stage, where we will see out the CHAMPION of BOWLARAMA 2008. The knock-out stage will be a one day final competition. There can only be one winner for the man category and one winner for the women category. However, should the time be of constrain, the committee reserves the right to cut short the number of games to proceed to the final round. Which of those, amongst the bowlers can withstand the pressure of competition and persist through the knock-out stage? We will keep you updated every round…

There you have it, the current league standing after the 1st round. May I remind you that this is a league and consistency plays a very, very important role in a league. The points will change and so will be the positions. Who will last the race?
